Styled Shoot - Black Sands Beach, Iceland

I travelled to Iceland with 4 of my best friends last June and made the whacky decision to set up a styled shoot while I was there. I settled on the amazing Reynisfjara beach, a black sand beach along the south coast of Iceland just outside of Vík, as the location and I (somehow) convinced my friend to model for me! I then purchased the dress and ring off of Amazon and worked with Blómabúðin Upplifun in Reykjavik on the bouquet. They truly outdid themselves and my favourite part is how they incorporated Iceland's purple flower (that just happened to be in bloom while we were there) into the floral design! I grew so attached to the bouquet that I have an embarrassing amount of selfies with it and I even put it into a juice jug on the dining table of our Airbnb for the rest of the trip.

PS. To anyone contemplating a trip to Iceland...just go already! It is truly breathtaking and we had the most incredible trip!
